    • A Non Stop FUN Dance Party! Dance to all of your favourite songs. This class will bring a smile to your face, sweat to your cheeks and leave you feeling energised. Suitable for everyone and all levels of Fitness.
    • Pilates & Barre
    • A class incorporating traditional Pilates exercises that focus on toning the full body. Using many props including the Ballet Barre, the class flows co ordinating Barre (Ballet) and Pilates movements to sculpt and tone the whole body.
    • Yoga
    • A traditional yoga class incorporating yoga postures that focus on strength, flexibility and balance. The postures flow co ordinating the breath and movement, helping to relieve stress and tension in the body. The class is set to grounding music and finishes with a beautiful guided meditation.
    • Small Group and Personal Training Fitness
    • Whether you are wanting to start a new fitness program or have exercised before, our Small group fitness classes cater to all ability levels. We have created this unique fitness class that will suit your health and fitness goals, no matter how big or small they are.
