- Barre Attack
- A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet & Fitness.
- Barre Attack is a low impact, high intensity workout combining standing pilates work, short cardio intervals and ballet movements. The class is accessible for everybody and all levels of fitness.
- A traditional yoga class incorporating yoga postures that focus on strength, flexibility and balance. The postures flow co ordinating the breath and movement, helping to relieve stress and tension in the body. The class is set to grounding music and finishes with a beautiful guided meditation.
