A modern style of dance, performed to current music. High intensity and fast paced. Jazz dance develops stamina, flexibility, strength and co ordination.
The foundation for all dance styles, classical ballet teaches you the fundamentals of correct technique, posture and alignment.
By invitation only. Pointe is a component of a Ballet class where a dancer supports all of their body weight on the tips of fully extended feet within pointe shoes.
A combination of Ballet and modern dance styles. Contemporary dance encourages self expression, natural movement and personal interpretation.
Dance Acro (similar to gymnastics) technical skills are taught including balancing, limbering, tumbling and partnering, based in flexibility, contortion and strength.
Popular and energetic style of dance. Students learn routines to current and favourite songs.
Using the sounds of metal tap plates affixed to the heel and toe of your tap shoes. Students learn to strike the floor as a form of percussion, developing musicality and co ordination.
Taught by a Fully qualified Fitness Instructor. Students work on increasing their endurance, stamina, strength and flexibility using various training programs and fitness equipment.
A class combination of traditional yoga poses to build strength, stretches to increase flexibility, and gentle breathing techniques to calm the mind.
A class combining singing, dancing and acting. Students learn songs and monologues from Musicals.
